How many pens fit in The Secrets Box? The XL 2.0 has a cooling container with an inner width of 6.2 cm (2.4 in) and an inner height of 18 cm (7.1 in). It holds up to 7 Lantus-size pens and up to 5 Ozempic-size pens. The Standard model has a smaller container, 5 cm (2.0 in) wide and 16.5 cm (6.5 in) tall inside. With wider pens, the number depends on the pen type, so each model has its own list here.

The XL 2.0 cooling container, from every angle

The cooling container of The Secrets Box XL 2.0 is an aluminum tube with an inner width of 6.2 cm (2.4 in) and an inner height of 18 cm (7.1 in). At the top is the electric cooling head with the temperature display, and at the bottom is a gray cap that locks and opens with a twist. You put your medication in and take it out through the bottom. It holds up to 7 Lantus-size pens and up to 5 Ozempic-size pens. With wider pens, the number depends on the pen type.
