Cancellation and Return Policy

Pack It Smarter is the online store that sells The Secrets Box by Practi. This page explains how to cancel an order, how to return a product and what to do if a product arrives defective. The policy is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, and in any case of conflict the law prevails.

How to give notice of cancellation
In any of these ways: on WhatsApp, by email to info@packitsmartly.com, or through the "Cancel an order" link on the site. Include your name and order number.

Cancelling before shipping
You can cancel an order as long as it has not shipped, and the full amount will be refunded to the payment method you used.

Cancelling after receiving the product
You can cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. You may open the package and check the product. We ask that the product be returned complete, with all parts of the kit.
To start a return, contact us and we will walk you through the process. The product is sent back by mail, and the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. A cancellation fee applies as permitted by law.
The refund is made to the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

A defective product, or one different from what was ordered
If the product arrived defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with a photo or video, preferably within 48 hours of receiving the package. In that case we replace the product, or cancel and refund the full amount, and we pay the cost of the return. In that case, no cancellation fee is charged.

Senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants
Entitled to cancel a purchase within 4 months of receiving the product, when the purchase included a conversation with us, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Warranty
The product warranty is detailed in section 5 of the site's Terms of Service.

Cancellation of an order by us
In exceptional cases, such as a pricing error or a stock shortage, we may cancel an order. In that case we will let you know, and the full amount will be refunded to the payment method you used.
