1. General
This site is owned by Pack It Smarter, business registration number 206072944, Jerusalem, Israel (the "Company").
These terms of use govern the relationship between the Company and any person who browses or uses the site or the information on it (the "User"). Use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
The Company may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page, and an update will not apply to an order that has already been placed.
Product prices include VAT as required by law.
The product images shown on the site are for illustration. The Company makes an effort to show images that reflect the product as closely as possible. Dimensions, capacity and cooling times are detailed on the product page. The figures for the bio-gel ice pack are according to supplier data.
The Company may offer promotions and benefits on the site and may end them. Ending a promotion will not apply to an order that has already been placed.
Use of the site is subject to these terms and to the provisions of any law applicable in the State of Israel.
The site and its content are intended for private, non-commercial use. Content from the site may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold or displayed without prior written permission from the Company.
The trademarks shown on the site belong to the Company (whether registered or not), and may not be used without the Company's prior written consent.
2. Legal capacity
Purchasing on the site is intended for ages 18 and over. Anyone making a purchase declares that they have read these terms and agree to them.
3. Jurisdiction
The law applicable to your order and to these terms is the law of Israel. Jurisdiction lies with the competent court in Israel.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its content, images, videos and trademarks are the property of the Company or of a third party that has permitted the Company to use them. They may not be reproduced, copied, published or distributed without prior written approval.
5. Warranty
The product comes with a 1-year warranty against design and manufacturing defects, from the day it is received.
The warranty does not cover breakage or damage caused by unreasonable use. If something goes wrong during the warranty period, contact us and we will take care of repairing or replacing the product. Nothing in this section detracts from consumer rights under any law.
6. Nature of the product
The Secrets Box is a cooled carrying accessory for medication, and is not a medical device. The information on the site, including the pen list, is general information and a size fit only, and is not medical advice. How to store each medication is detailed in its patient leaflet, and for any question you should consult a doctor or pharmacist.
7. Privacy
